FARM STAND

HOW TO FIND OUR PRODUCE

In 2020, we made the decision to finally follow our dream of bringing our market shoppers to our farmstead. Starting in June 2021, our shoppers will have a brand new venue to shop in since we constructed a permanent Farm Stand to sell our fresh produce and other goods at 330 S.A. Road, Henry, NE. (Take Henry Oil Road north out of Henry and follow the signs.)

Farm Stand hours will be:

Saturdays 10 - 2.

Tuesdays 3 - 6

Thursdays 3 - 6

If you are unable to catch us at our Farm Stand, we are also offering delivery service to customers in Scottsbluff, Gering, Mitchell, Morrill, and Torrington.

GARDENING TECHNIQUES

Incorporating modern techniques with old-fashion methods has been our introduction into small-scale produce production. With the use of a high tunnel (also known as a cold frame or hoop building), we are able to extend our growing season. Farm-made compost is our secret weapon to healthier plants and nutrient balance in the soil. Now that we are planting over an acre, we have also found other innovative ways to do what needs to be done.

Kabobs: Freshly picked baby red potatoes with carrots, bell peppers, and pearl onions. Season lightly with olive oil & our dehydrated onion powder and grill to perfection.

All of our produce is naturally grown without the use of herbicides or pesticides. We start almost all of our own plants from a combination of hybrid, heirloom, organic, and non-GMO seeds.
